You'll provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, assisting with daily activities and helping them live more independently. You'll play a key role in a mission-driven team that values collaboration and care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist individuals with household chores and meal preparation
• Support recreational, learning, and physical fitness activities
• Advocate for the needs and interests of individuals served
• Provide input on program planning and implementation

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Basic computer skills required; experience with Therap a plus
