🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead a global team of CSMs fostering technical excellence
- Design and execute a one-to-many customer success strategy
- Build end-to-end digital customer lifecycles and automate onboarding
- Implement AI-driven tools for personalized experiences at scale
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services in SaaS
- 5+ years leading and scaling high-performing global teams
- Experience leading a Technical Account Manager or Technical CSM function
- Track record building automated customer journeys with CS platforms (Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero)

- Experience with API management, microservices, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to translate complex data into retention strategies and forecasts
