🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead a global team of CSMs fostering technical excellence
  • Design and execute a one-to-many customer success strategy
  • Build end-to-end digital customer lifecycles and automate onboarding
  • Implement AI-driven tools for personalized experiences at scale

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services in SaaS
  • 5+ years leading and scaling high-performing global teams
  • Experience leading a Technical Account Manager or Technical CSM function
  • Track record building automated customer journeys with CS platforms (Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero)

  • Experience with API management, microservices, or cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to translate complex data into retention strategies and forecasts
