💼 About This Role

You'll join the Insights team to build data-driven reporting and actions for 1Password's customers. You'll tackle challenges in data streaming and large-scale platforms, directly enhancing security posture. This role offers remote flexibility within Canada and the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Code, test, debug, and deliver production software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development cycle.
• Write comprehensive tests to ensure code functions as expected.
• Participate in planning by breaking down and estimating work.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience with a modern backend language (e.g. Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python).
• Proven ability to solve moderately complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience developing backend services in Go.
• Experience building frontends in TypeScript and React.
• Exposure to security or admin-focused products.
