🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy AI/ML models for workforce planning and retention
• Build executive dashboards and data visualizations
• Lead enterprise survey and feedback programs
• Establish data governance and self-service analytics capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in people analytics or HR data science
• 3+ years leading analytics teams
• Python and SQL for statistical modeling and production development
• Experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• Experience with LLMs, GenAI APIs, or agent-based architectures
• Knowledge of Workday, Tableau, Looker, or Snowflake
