• Own significant cross-functional initiatives from scoping to delivery.
• Run WBRs, MBRs, QBRs with rigorous OKR tracking.
• Diagnose GTM motion trends and surface improvement opportunities.
• Produce analytical inputs that shape planning decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years in Strategy, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Consulting.
• Track record of driving initiatives to completion across teams.
• Experience running WBRs, MBRs, or QBRs with operating discipline.
• Daily use of AI to improve work efficiency.
