You'll lead a portfolio of customers, driving mutual success plans and engagement strategies as a trusted advisor. Your core impact is helping customers transform their Business Spend Management for immediate value and efficiency. This role collaborates across pre-sales, post-sales, and product teams while gaining exposure to diverse industries.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Establish role as trusted advisor with strategic direction and internal advocacy
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and resource orchestration
- Collaborate across Coupa ecosystem to drive GRR and NRR with defined business outcomes
- Develop customers into advocates via events, webinars, case studies, and references
๐ Requirements
- 8 years P2P and/or S2C domain expertise
- Customer/client management experience from consulting/BPO or S2C SaaS software/solutions
- Ability to develop and maintain executive relationships with influencing strategies
- Project management skills including managing cross-functional teams

- Master's degree preferred
