You'll lead global contact center strategy and operations for AXS, a ticketing technology company. Your core impact is driving innovation with AI and emerging technologies to enhance customer support. You'll oversee North American contact centers and scale support operations globally.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute global contact center strategy and vision
- Manage day-to-day operations of North American contact centers
- Champion customer experience and integrate feedback into strategies
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years senior leadership in global contact center operations
- BA/BS Degree (Advanced Degree Preferred)
- Proven track record of utilizing AI and emerging technologies in customer support
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies and customer experience strategies

- Masters or advanced degree preferred
- Experience with language translations across time zones and cultures
