As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Placer.ai, you will own the end-to-end success of a portfolio of customers, driving product adoption, retention, and expansion through strategic engagement. You'll work cross-functionally to shape the customer journey and ensure their feedback influences the product roadmap.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of Customer Success experience
• Drives long-term retention, adoption, and expansion for high-value/strategic accounts
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects
• Demonstrated ability to present complex data in understandable ways

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, nurturing, retention, upselling and ongoing success for all customers
• Refine customer journey, design listening points, and define/refine segmentation
• Engage actively in client discussions to position solution value
• Partner with cross functional teams to incorporate customer feedback into product roadmap
