💼 About This Role

You'll grow Wintermute's OTC and liquidity provision business acquiring new counterparties and partners globally. You'll own opportunities end-to-end in a high-performance crypto trading firm. This role offers accelerated responsibility and a startup culture without corporate bureaucracy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute growth plan to acquire new OTC counterparties
• Deepen relationships with crypto projects for liquidity provision
• Develop relationships with crypto VCs, miners, and institutional investors
• Track crypto ecosystem launches and identify BD opportunities

📋 Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Business, Economics, Finance or related degree
• Experience in financial services or capital markets industry
• Client-facing role experience (BD, B2B sales, consulting, investment banking)
• Track record of delivering business results with quota achievement
