🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive large-scale technical projects across multiple teams and systems.
• Establish and champion best practices and quality standards.
• Mentor engineers on pull requests, demos, and working relationships.
• Architect significant changes, sunset legacy systems, improve UI performance.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software experience.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and React.js.
• Experience with design systems, reusable components, and modern front-end tooling.
• Fluency with AI coding tools as a core part of development workflow.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, AWS, Docker.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ.
