• Troubleshoot issues in real-time and relay insights to internal team

📋 Requirements

• Hospitality industry experience (restaurants, tech vendors, POS providers)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Organized and hands-on
• Based in NYC with reliable transit access
