Description

You will assist with live legal proceedings using Prevail's platform, handling tasks like recording, swearing in witnesses, and managing exhibits, while also providing technical support. This role combines remote work with in-person coverage of depositions.

Requirements

• Current Court Reporting or Notary License for state
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with video conferencing/database platforms
• Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces, Slack, Microsoft Office
• Own webcam, headset, and computer for remote work

Responsibilities

• Assist with live Prevail depositions/sessions
• Record on Prevail platform
• Deposition Read on/Swear in Witness
• Mark and maintain Exhibits
• Monitor and manage the session
