💼 About This Role

You'll own the operational side of HR at a fast-growing AI company, serving as the go-to resource for employees and managers. You'll keep our people operations running smoothly, raise the bar on accuracy, and scale thoughtfully as we grow. You'll also partner with our People Operations Coordinator and use AI tools like Claude daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and optimize HRIS (Rippling) for data accuracy and process improvements
• Manage payroll file preparation, employee changes, and compliance tracking
• Own New Hire Orientation end-to-end with a polished experience
• Serve as liaison with immigration attorneys for visa sponsorship processes

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years of HR experience with at least 2 in a generalist or operations role
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and compliance basics
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and people systems
• Basic working knowledge of immigration in a tech context (H-1B, PERM)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Rippling, Greenhouse, or Tilt
• SHRM-CP/PHR or equivalent certification
• Curiosity about AI tools like Claude
