Join Robinhood to build the future of finance. You will plan and execute red team operations, adversarial simulations, and penetration tests across applications and infrastructure, and partner with detection and response teams to improve security posture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in red teaming or offensive security.
• Strong understanding of threat modeling methodologies and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI pipelines, and identity systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or JavaScript for exploit development and automation.
• Clear communication skills to explain technical findings to engineers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute red team operations and adversarial simulations across apps, infrastructure, networks, and processes.
• Perform threat modeling for new and existing services, articulating risks to engineering and risk stakeholders.
• Conduct vulnerability research and exploit development using custom and public tooling.
• Partner with detection and response teams to simulate attack scenarios and evaluate monitoring readiness.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation and presentations.
