You will accelerate the growth of the Bullion segment by curating high-performing auctions, shaping strategic direction, and combining deep market expertise with commercial acumen to drive revenue and strengthen supply in a fast-growing category.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in bullion, contemporary minting, and modern collectibles
• Proven commercial experience buying and selling bullion
• Entrepreneurial and trading mindset with ability to spot opportunities
• Active network including mints, distributors, wholesalers, dealers, collectors
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Curate, review, and validate submitted lots for authenticity, quality, and viability
• Build and optimise weekly auctions aligned with release cycles and bullion trends
• Apply data insights to improve pricing, lot selection, and sales performance
• Identify growth opportunities and shape category roadmap
• Expand and activate network of mints, distributors, dealers, and collectors
