📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in data, analytics, ML, or related domains.
• 3–5+ years in leadership positions.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving ML systems and experimentation platforms.
• Fluency in English and Russian (written and verbal).
