Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Early career experience level
• Flexibility for rotating shifts including weekends and extended hours
• Willingness to travel 25-50%
• Strong safety mindset and cleanroom protocol adherence

Responsibilities

• Support installation, maintenance, and repair of ASM semiconductor equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with guidance from senior engineers
• Deliver clear, timely, customer-focused support with a strong safety mindset
• Work in cleanroom environments following strict safety and quality standards
• Participate in customer escalations alongside experienced team members
