💼 About This Role

You'll service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. You'll ensure critical cooling systems run reliably for Pearce Services clients. This role offers extensive daily travel and after-hours call-out opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance.
• Respond to service calls and emergency call outs.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.

📋 Requirements

• EPA Level 2 or Universal Certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration and electrical components.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass DOT physical.
