💼 About This Role
You'll own knowledge and process management for investment and pension products within Customer Service at Raisin. Your work will directly improve agent and customer experiences by identifying friction points and translating complex topics into clear, compliant processes. This role sits in a growing, AI-supported team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own knowledge, documentation and process management for Investment Pension Products within Customer Service.
- Act as main point of contact for IPP area, ensuring alignment with internal teams and partners.
- Drive agent-shadowing and data-gathering to capture operational insights and improve processes.
- Lead deployment of Lean ways-of-working and own IPP feature requests to Product.
📋 Requirements
- Background in finance, banking or financial services with exposure to investment/pension products.
- Experience in customer experience, operations or process management in a regulated environment.
- Ability to translate complex product/regulatory topics into clear guidance.
- Project management skills with experience owning initiatives end-to-end.
