💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall as a music and pop culture fanatic, creating the best experience for customers. You'll provide exceptional service, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way. You'll share your fandom knowledge and drive add-on sales with BOPIS and curbside pickup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure visual standards are met.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
