💼 About This Role

You'll provide subject matter expertise on JFACC operations for USSTRATCOM strategic-level joint exercises, supporting planning, coordination, and assessment of realistic training scenarios. Your work ensures mission readiness for global operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support planning and assessment of joint strategic exercises.
• Develop operational exercise products like WARNORDs and EXORDs.
• Coordinate with planners, staffs, and mission partners.
• Participate in planning conferences and after-action reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 7 years of experience with U.S. Government operational processes.
• Experience writing operational WARNORDs, PLANORDs, DEPORDs, EXORDs.
• Prior work in higher headquarters operational environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

• Experience with Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or MAJCOM.
• Knowledge of operational planning teams or battle staffs.
• Strategic-level exercise execution experience.
