🎯 What You'll Do
- Partner with account executives and technical account managers on post-sale engagements
- Manage account health including performance, adoption, and renewals
- Serve as trusted payments advisor by delivering industry insights
- Perform business reviews to align on priorities and optimize value
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in client-facing enterprise relationship management
- Strong business sense and understanding of user’s business drivers
- Track record of leading technical conversations and persuading action
- Analytical skills with excellent organizational and time management
