You'll manage the collections cycle for outstanding receivables at ElevenLabs, an AI voice company. You'll resolve disputes, track aging buckets, and work cross-functionally to accelerate cash recovery. This role offers high accountability in a fast-growing enterprise environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage collections outreach and dispute resolution for enterprise accounts.
• Track aging buckets and coordinate with AR and customer success teams.
• Build and maintain collections workflows and customer relationships.
• Contribute data to quarterly CECL analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing a collections portfolio across enterprise and SMB accounts.
• Comfortable engaging customers directly on payment matters professionally.
• Proficiency with AR and collections tools; NetSuite or ERP preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage high volume of accounts simultaneously.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a SaaS or subscription billing collections environment.
• Familiarity with legal and commercial escalation paths for delinquent accounts.
