💼 About This Role

You'll design agentic risk systems and drive implementations for Oscilar's most strategic customers. Your work shapes how modern finance detects fraud and manages risk using AI Risk Decisioning™. You'll operate with the ownership of a startup CTO on consequential financial services problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery with prospects on integration requirements and data architecture.
• Architect and deliver proof-of-concept implementations using Oscilar's platform.
• Own end-to-end technical implementation from kickoff through go-live.
• Design and deploy multi-step agentic workflows for fraud and compliance automation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role in enterprise SaaS or fintech.
• Python proficiency for scripting and automation.
• Experience with API integrations and data pipeline design.
• Deep understanding of fraud and risk in financial services.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI coding tools like Claude, Codex, or Cursor.
• LLM prompt engineering or agentic workflow design.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory environments.
