Description

You will design and manage municipal infrastructure projects including stormwater, water distribution, and sanitary sewers, while also managing client relationships and contributing to strategic growth initiatives in Georgia. You can expect a flexible hybrid work schedule with some travel for client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum four years of experience with municipal projects including stormwater, water distribution, sanitary sewers
• Licensed PE in Georgia preferred or desire to obtain licensure quickly
• Proficiency in multiple software programs specific to the discipline
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Recognize need for and develop design
• Perform hydraulic and budget analyses to provide decision-support for clients and communities
• Prepare and/or check and sign off on basic design calculations and plans
• Layout drawings for a component and demonstrate understanding of relationship to whole design
• Design elements/components of a project and coordinate development with other elements/disciplines
• Demonstrate understanding between specifications, cost estimates and pay applications
• Assume responsibility for assigned design calculation files, assuring adequate independent QC reviews
