You'll design and manage expanded learning programs for a KIPP SoCal campus, leading a team to provide engaging academic, enrichment, and recreational activities. • Design enrichment opportunities that fit student interests.
• Supervise part-time staff and ensure student safety.
• Manage day-to-day operations and schedule activities.
• Oversee budget, supplies, and compliance documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing expanded learning programs.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• 3+ years working with school-aged youth.
• Commitment to KIPP SoCal's mission and values.

• Google platform experience a plus.
