Description

You will build and lead the Strategic Finance function at Neros Technologies, a defense tech startup. You'll drive financial planning, analytics, and business partnership across the company, working directly with senior leadership on strategic decisions including partnerships, M&A, and fundraising.

Requirements

• 5-10 years progressive experience in investment banking, PE, VC, consulting, or startups
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and corporate finance skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• US Person status

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance function including forecasting, budgeting, planning, and analytics
• Partner with leadership on tactical decision-making and overall strategy
• Assess and execute strategic opportunities: partnerships, M&A, fundraising
• Build and own the strategic finance function from the ground up
