You'll lead a team of interior designers and architects, oversee project delivery, and drive business development for a growth-oriented design firm. You'll manage client relationships and ensure financial goals are met in a collaborative, innovative studio environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and train interior design staff
• Prepare project proposals and manage financial health of projects
• Respond to RFQ/RFPs and support business development efforts
• Manage client relationships and pursue new business opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in interior design/architecture
• 2+ years as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Experience in commercial interior design (workplace, retail, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Leadership experience in an architecture/design firm
• Registered Interior Designer or NCIDQ certification
• Business development experience and strong local network
