  • Deliver advanced technical support via ticketing and calls
  • Investigate and resolve complex WordPress issues
  • Perform in-depth debugging using logs and monitoring tools
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge resources

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, and Git

  • Experience with reverse proxies
