You'll own the clinician journey from onboarding through their first 90 days, ensuring they hit productivity and quality milestones. You'll drive data-driven workflows and high-touch communication to reduce time-to-activation for new providers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Transition clinicians from credentialing into active onboarding workflows.
• Guide clinicians through a 30/60/90-day success roadmap.
• Audit onboarding funnel to identify and remove bottlenecks.
• Monitor and report on clinician success metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Onboarding or high-level Operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Data fluency with Airtable, Looker, and Google Sheets.
• Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills.
