You'll provide strategic legal guidance on data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity for a Managed Service Organization in healthcare. You'll ensure compliance with regulations while managing risks across multiple teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as lead counsel for MSO data governance and privacy matters
• Advise business units on privacy and security requirements
• Draft and negotiate privacy and security contractual terms
• Lead incident preparedness and response for legal support

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of experience as a practicing lawyer
• Expertise in cybersecurity and data governance regulations
• Law degree from an accredited institution and bar admission
• Ability to supervise outside legal counsel

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare regulatory environment
• CIPP/CIPM certification
• Previous in-house counsel experience
