You'll support the sales process by handling CRM updates, data validation, and finance reconciliation in a data-driven affiliate marketing company. Your work will keep systems accurate and teams running smoothly. This role offers training and mentorship from experienced professionals.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Update CRM records in HubSpot with client budgets and deals
  • Run data checks to align client platform data with Tableau dashboards
  • Reconcile Insertion Orders and documentation for finance processing
  • Maintain merchant optimisation sheets and internal team forms

📋 Requirements

  • Attention to detail and comfort with numbers
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)
  • Proactive and curious with strong communication skills

  • Exposure to sales operations or commercial processes
