Requirements

• Proven track record as a YouTuber, video journalist, or content producer making tech exciting
• Obsession with YouTube mechanics: thumbnails, titles, hooks for organic reach
• Ability to take full ownership of a project from idea to polished video
• Pragmatic production approach: shoot and edit solo while maintaining premium aesthetic
• Sharp eye for design and culture, translating complex specs into human narratives

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Nothing YouTube channel into a global hub for creativity and tech culture
• Collaborate across Creative, Product, and Comms teams to uncover organic stories
• Analyse YouTube Studio performance data to iterate on hooks and retention
• Lead end-to-end production of editorial-style video content from scripting to delivery
• Pitch and produce YouTube-native ideas that are sharp, playful, and distinctly Nothing
