You'll assist in managing critical data center infrastructure for a leading HPC provider, overseeing operations and maintenance to achieve 100% availability. You'll build and lead a team of technicians while ensuring safety and reliability across all systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operation of critical infrastructure and equipment.
• Build a technician staff with skills for 100% uptime.
• Monitor power and cooling capacity in data halls.
• Resolve electrical, mechanical, and fire protection system issues.
• Oversee CMMS accuracy and produce operational reports.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in mission-critical environments.
• 1+ year direct management of shift-based employees.
• Valid driver's license.
