You'll drive pipeline growth and revenue through strategic partnerships with Technology Service Distributors (TSDs) in the Northeast region. You'll expand Talkdesk's partner ecosystem by building strong relationships and executing joint go-to-market strategies. This role offers the chance to shape partner-led growth at an AI-powered CX leader.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive partner-sourced revenue with key TSDs and advisor networks
- Own and grow relationships with high-impact TSD partners
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new platform and TSD partners
- Structure, negotiate, and execute partnership agreements
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years in channel or partner sales, preferably SaaS/cloud
- Must live in territory (MA, CT, RI, VT, NH, ME)
- Direct experience with Technology Service Distributors (TSDs)
- Proven track record of building joint business plans and driving partner pipeline
