You'll work closely with clients to provide advanced Level II IT support, diagnosing and resolving issues. Your core impact is ensuring client networks and systems run smoothly with optimized performance. You'll also maintain support records and liaise with vendors.

- Set up workstations with computers and peripheral devices
- Install and configure software per specifications
- Diagnose and optimize local network performance
- Perform troubleshooting to resolve hardware/software issues
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of technical support experience
- Experience with Office 365
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ within 1 year of hire
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Analyst
