You'll negotiate complex land transactions for hyperscale data center projects, partnering with cross-functional teams during site selection, development, and leasing. You'll play a key role in driving sustainable digital infrastructure at scale for Rowan's rapidly growing portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
• Lead closings for complex real estate transactions
• Provide counsel on entitlements and land use issues
• Draft and negotiate customer leases

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• 5+ years of complex real estate transaction experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
