Description

You will lead and scale the reporting and analytics capabilities, managing a distributed team across the US and India. You'll define the BI roadmap, partner cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights, and drive speed, accountability, and high-quality execution in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years in BI, Analytics, or Data Engineering, with 3+ years managing teams
• Proven success managing distributed teams (US + offshore) with strong delivery outcomes
• Deep expertise in Agile execution and Jira-based delivery in fast-changing environments
• Advanced SQL and strong data modeling experience (dimensional/star schema) required
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau and/or Amazon QuickSight) required

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the BI roadmap, ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable reporting
• Lead a hybrid onshore/offshore team, driving ownership, accountability, and delivery
• Partner cross-functionally to translate complex needs into clear, actionable outputs
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across data pipelines, workflows, and team execution
• Build scalable reporting frameworks, standardize KPIs, and drive data quality and governance
