💼 About This Role

You'll define and scale Curaleaf's innovation agenda across brands and product categories. You'll build a disciplined pipeline from consumer insight to commercialization, ensuring new products are differentiated and margin-accretive in a complex multi-state environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define enterprise innovation strategy across brands, categories, and markets.
• Build and manage prioritized innovation and renovation pipeline.
• Evaluate innovation opportunities for consumer desirability and feasibility.
• Partner with Brand, Commercial, Finance, and Operations on portfolio choices.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of innovation or product strategy experience in CPG or adjacent industries.
• Strong understanding of CPG innovation best practices including stage-gate processes.
• Commercial and financial acumen evaluating revenue potential and margin impact.
• Ability to lead through influence in a complex, matrixed organization.

✨ Nice to Have

• Cannabis experience is a plus.
• Experience in regulated or multi-market environments strongly preferred.
• Experience working with R&D and external partners.
