You will drive product discovery and delivery for the US B2C experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer journeys and scale growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Product Management experience
• Proven experience with data-driven B2C customer experiences (Web and Mobile)
• Experience working with financial services products (US market experience a bonus)
• Familiarity with ReactJS, GraphQL, Looker, Contentstack
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer service, Design, and Engineering
• Deeply understand customer behaviors and pain points
• Define and deliver impactful solutions with measurable results
• Champion B2C experience across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention
• Lead user research and validation using qualitative and quantitative methods
