Description

You will guide League of Legends teams from conception through launch and live operations, overseeing distributed development processes and ensuring collaboration across time zones. Your role focuses on managing production craft, driving strategic alignment, and fostering team health and sustainability.

Requirements

• 8+ years shipping games, applications, or software in a production/product/program management role
• Minimum 1 year in people management or team leadership, coaching and mentoring
• Proven experience leading teams through major development phases (planning, execution, release, post-launch)
• Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and frameworks
• Strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders across disciplines and time zones

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and grow production and product management craft across multiple teams and projects
• Drive strategic alignment across initiatives to support local and global objectives
• Maintain and report on project status regularly to stakeholders, customers, and dependent teams
• Facilitate conversations, identify misalignment areas, and develop risk mitigation plans
• Foster healthy co-development practices between Sydney and partner studios
