You'll lead a work crew of 5-10 individuals in public beautification projects for a leading reentry employment organization. You'll create an uplifting environment, provide on-the-job coaching, and help participants build skills for stable employment. This role offers regular overtime and the chance to make a direct social impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a work crew in public beautification projects like litter abatement and landscaping.
• Ensure accurate participant time records and compliance with breaks.
• Complete customer work orders to high standards daily.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and performance feedback to crew members.

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds consistently and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to drive a 12-passenger van with an attached trailer.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
