💼 About This Role

You'll provide outpatient therapy to a diverse caseload as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team. This role offers hybrid flexibility with telemedicine and in-person sessions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with adult and adolescent clients
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with mid-level providers and clinical team
• Maintain clinical documentation and records

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed as a LPCMH in Delaware or eligible state
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Active credentialing with insurance panels or ability to obtain
