💼 About This Role

You'll run new-hire onboarding and tool bootcamps for Virtual Assistants at Wing, ensuring they are client-ready. Your work directly impacts the quality and professionalism of remote talent deployed to clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run daily Google Meet classes for new-hire onboarding
• Deliver live tool bootcamps for Calendly, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ClickUp
• Translate client SOPs into step-by-step checklists and simulated tasks
• Report weekly cohort attendance, pass rates, and readiness risks

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in live training/facilitation, L&D, or BPO coaching
• Experience assessing trainee competency and bridging gaps
• Clear, confident English communication with neutral accent
• Comfortable with LMS (Thinkific or similar) and Google Workspace

• Experience with BPO churn/escalation types
• Skilled in group management and cold-calling participants
