You'll drive operational efficiencies to launch and scale healthcare products at EliseAI, an AI-powered platform for housing and healthcare. You'll work with engineering, product, and sales teams to enhance product offerings and ensure maximum client value. This role offers the chance to write the playbook for a funded unicorn startup in its growth phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to enhance product offerings.
• Develop strategic plans for scalability and operational excellence.
• Synthesize cross-functional inputs to prioritize initiatives.
• Create testing protocols and frameworks for product testing.

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role or field.
• Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build or contribute to products, analyses, or tools.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week.
