Partner with Octave to provide quality mental health care in-person or virtually. Join a supportive community focused on client-centered therapy while Octave handles backend operations, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Requirements

• At least 3 fully licensed clinicians joining Octave (no associate/intern level)
• Own office space and willingness to provide in-person services
• Licensed in New York (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) with 1+ year post-license experience
• Training in CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments, or similar
• Master's degree from an accredited program

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns
• Use short-term, evidence-based approaches like CBT or DBT
• Offer culturally responsive care
• See clients virtually and/or in person (must have own office space for in-person sessions)
