Description

You will teach FAA-aligned curriculum to prepare students for careers in aircraft maintenance, using hands-on techniques in a supportive classroom environment. This role allows you to impact the next generation of aviation professionals by sharing your expertise and fostering skill development.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least three (3) years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A P) Mechanic Certificate

Responsibilities

• Teach our FAA-aligned curriculum in a positive, supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and skill development
• Support program leadership in the development and revision of high quality, accurate course materials
• Record accurate attendance, grades, evaluations, and other required documentation
• Notify leadership of any emerging concerns affecting student performance or classroom operations
• Complete required training and participate in classroom observations and evaluations
• Complete other tasks and projects assigned by Supervisor
