💼 About This Role

You'll join a world-class team building intelligent robotic systems to reshape landscapes and protect infrastructure from climate threats. You will own system-level testing and qualification of new designs for large-scale robots operating in the most demanding environments. Expect to be hands-on in the factory and field alongside technicians and operators.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design in-field system tests and in-warehouse subsystem tests for robot reliability
• Perform first-principles engineering, FEA, hand calculations to optimize designs
• Execute test campaigns and push hardware to limits to ensure field reliability
• Own test setup from mechanical design to data analysis and conclusions

📋 Requirements

• Experience in electromechanical system design and analysis
• CAD proficiency (OnShape, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or NX)
• Hands-on fabrication and prototyping skills
• Working towards a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high voltage AC power (480V, 120+ kW) conversion systems and lithium batteries
• Experience with pumps and fluidics
• Experience in electromechanical controls, hydraulics, or field-deployed systems
