πΌ About This Role
You'll lead a team of Customer Success and Support Managers at Jungle Scout, owning the post-sale experience for our enterprise platform Cobalt. Your core impact will be driving net revenue retention and expansion while building scalable processes and AI-forward workflows.
π― What You'll Do
- Own net revenue retention and upsell targets for Cobalt.
- Build and execute customer engagement strategy to drive adoption.
- Lead and develop 6 Customer Success Managers and 2 Support Managers.
- Oversee support operations for Cobalt and Catalyst across channels.
π Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment.
- 2+ years leading CS or Support teams.
- Proven track record of owning and improving net revenue retention.
- Based in Chicago and available to work in office 3 days per week.

- Experience with enterprise accounts in ecommerce context.
- Familiarity with CS platforms like Gainsight or Totango.
- Background scaling a team through rapid growth.
