You'll lead a team of Customer Success and Support Managers at Jungle Scout, owning the post-sale experience for our enterprise platform Cobalt. Your core impact will be driving net revenue retention and expansion while building scalable processes and AI-forward workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own net revenue retention and upsell targets for Cobalt.
  • Build and execute customer engagement strategy to drive adoption.
  • Lead and develop 6 Customer Success Managers and 2 Support Managers.
  • Oversee support operations for Cobalt and Catalyst across channels.

  • 5+ years in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 2+ years leading CS or Support teams.
  • Proven track record of owning and improving net revenue retention.
  • Based in Chicago and available to work in office 3 days per week.
