💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience and use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits. You'll also assist with daily operations and meeting sales targets. This role combines customer service with operational leadership in a pop-culture themed environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store and provide leadership coverage
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Support planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts
